It will be three years now since my baby Boo Boos died and I have now got a new Boxer called Lexi but has the nickname of Dopey Doris thanks to my kids, she is completely nuts and puts my beautifull Holly boo boos to shame. I will never forget my loyal, faithfull Holly and I miss her everyday, she was my first Boxer and i fell in love with her and the breed, I have pictures of her on the wall at home and when the sky is full of stars I go out and say hello, tell her how much I miss her and send her a kiss, she was so full of fun and did lots of crazy things. a real silly girl. I love you so much Holly Boo Boos x x x x x x x
Thank You by: christine
I just want to say thank you to all our friends who have written such nice things about us. Yes we gave two rescue dogs a new home, one had been beaten and the other was a victim of youths who had thought it funny to kick her and she was eight weeks old at that time.
To people who hurt and maim dogs or any animal I just want to say you will have to own up when God calls you before him. To people like me who love them and show them that not all humans are bad, I say a massive thank you. These dogs and cats or any animal do not deserve what some humans do to them, they ask for nothing but shelter and warmth and of course love. They give you their undying love for as long as you are there. We tell them our sorrows and they feel our pain.
They don't need kickings and beatings, they are wonderful animals who have loads of love to give. So many thanks to my friends who have supported me through the loss of both Holly Boo Boos and Sheba who couldn't live without her best friend, you are the reason I have friends like you.
The Best Two People I Know by: peter mc donnel
Christine and Paul were the best family ever and they loved Holly Boo Boos so very much. She shared her life with her best friend Sheba, a German Shepherd, they sometimes had a tiff but I know they loved each other.
I know when Christine rang me to tell me about Holly passing away, she was devastated, all of them were.
I remember Holly as one crazy Boxer who howled when she heard a baby cry on the TV, barked with her head up in the air, and was the first in the car and the last one back in.
Holly loved them very much, I'm glad there are people like them, because in spite of all her sorrow and pain she gave two more dogs a good loving home, and they will love her just as Holly Boo Boos loved her Mommy.
My friends in the USA all know Christine, and my Sister says she is an example of what a dog lover is all about. I take my hat off to ya Christine and Paul,
Love, Peter and Marie
Holly by: SARAH
Hi Christine and Paul, I know you will never forget Holly Boo Boos but then who could. She loved everybody and everything, she would wriggle like a worm from head to foot when she saw you come home from work.
We just wanted to say that as much as she was a crazy boxer, she was a wonderful silly girl too. I'm sure the other dogs you have given a second chance to will give you the same undying love that Holly did. I know one of the dogs was badly beaten and after seeing him with you he is a bundle of fun and the little staffy Cassie is a never ending fun furball. They don't know how lucky they are to have a home with some like you two.
I'm sure Holly is looking down from Rainbow Bridge keeping a check on all of you and sending both of you her love. I know the pain will never go away for both of you, I just wanted to tell you that we think you two are wondeful people who have a massive love of animals,
Love Sarah and Peter
My Holly Boo Boos by: YOUR MUM
My Holly Boo Boos, it's now almost four months since we had to let you go, and I miss you so much, but I try to remember the good times we had.
Yesterday I went up to your favourite place and it was hard, I sat there and looked around at the bushes that you always had a good old sniff in, and I sat there and cried.
The time has passed so fast now, but I have given another two dogs a home. One is a staffy cross, she was being kicked by some kids so we took her off them. Do you know she does a lot of things you did, and your Dad has got a rescue german shepherd dog, so it makes the pain a little easier for him.
We will never forget you Holly, you gave us such fun times in the ten years we had you girl, and I hated having to let you go, but it was your time to go and we couldn't be selfish to you because you had loved us so and you deserved some final peace.
Have fun Boo Boos up in the golden fields at Rainbow Bridge. Wait for me until it's my turn to come and find you Honey, we will be together for ever then.
Until I see you my crazy sweet boxer girl, I'll love you for ever,
Mum and Dad
My Best Friend's sad, by: maxine
Hello Christine, I'm writing this on your computer while you are busy, I can see how sad you are over Holly Boo Boos, that's a lovely name for a real cute dog, she was the greatest boxer ever, I know it must have broken your heart to have to let her go.
I think maybe Sheba just didn't want you to go through any more pain. She knew how you were devastated by losing Miss Holly Boo Boos, she loved you so much, but I think you are right, the two of them went everywhere together, you always made sure of that. I reckon Holly came for Sheba as she knew she missed her so much. I know that Sheba went very peacefully and she didn't want any fuss, you were so lucky to have had the pair of them and if the love they had for you and vice versa could be measured, it would be to the ends of the earth.
You will see them again when your time is done on this earth, they will run to you and shower you with kisses. and you will cross the bridge together, for ever. When I get back to New York I'm gonna put a piece about you and your terrific families love for the best two doggies ever.
