Thanks to all who have emailed me regarding My Beloved Holly. It is over three weeks that Holly went over the bridge. I can barely get dressed in the morning or go out of the house. The tears flow constantly.
The worst part of leaving the house is when you have to return to an empty, cold house. No one to greet you...no big eyes looking to see what is in your bags,... she loved her toys or maybe something I brought her back from a restaurant.
With the support of my kids and a support group I belong to, I am trying to get used to life without HOLLY after 13 years.
Happy Holidays
Jane and Angel Holly
I feel for you by: In Sympathy for you
If I had to bet, I'd bet she is there with you still. You just don't get the luxury of seeing her....I hope you find the comfort that you gave her lots of love and she knew that. You did all you could and feel good about that. You'll see her again one day, I'm sure of it.

Jane,
I am so sorry for your loss. The deepest part of my heart goes out to you. You did so much for your Holly. You gave her so much love.
And you gave her a great life.
Maybe nothing in our own lives can be harder than to lose our companions, those whose unconditional love is always so easy to see in everything they do, but what you did for Holly is a great thing, and no great thing can ever be lessened ... not even by pain. Holly is no doubt looking down on you from time to time, between ice cream treats and making new friends, hoping you'll be okay, that you'll be happy ... and knowing you'll be together again someday.

Jane,
I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my Holly on Friday, November 21st. It was and still is so hard. They are our companions, our friends, our family. My prayers are with you.
