So sorry about your sweet pet. It is so hard because to us they are not just pets but a dear member of the family. I hope we will see our babies when our time comes. Heaven won't be heaven without them. I still miss my darling Kitty everyday and my heart still hurts so much.

Dear Trevor, A lump came to my throat reading about your sad loss, I too am going through exactly the same feelings, I lost my precious Boxer Dog Tigger on 29th May 2012 who's 10th birthday will be 18th July 2012. I too am broken hearted but will celebrate Tiggers birthday on that day, if we can support each other maybe things will get easier! I have my Tiggers ashes and asked the vet to cut a little hair from Tigger for a keepsake, I went on line and discovered I could have a necklace made up with Tiggers hair inside with a blue forget me not flower you can see with sterling silver on the back enscribed with a few words and the date Tigger was laid to rest, I still hurt a lot and cry daily but I know one day I will be with my beautiful boy when it's my time to leave this earth.
