So sorry you lost your Tiki, it's so hard to accept that she is not here with you in life. Just wanted to let you know your pain is real as it should be and your tears are testimony of how very much you loved and miss her:(. I too am grieving my pets loss. I had 2 beautiful black labs, girls, my girl, that I adopted from a rescue org 3 years ago. Little did I know that when I went to work Feb. 8th, that it would be the last time that I would pet them. My house caught fire and in an instant, they were gone. I cry just about every night, because I loved them and I miss them. My whole life routine was centered around my girls and now it is all gone. Whether we lose our pets due to illness or suddenly like I did, the pain is still the same. I had my girls cremated and placed in one urn, because like in life, and now death, they are and were inseparable. I hope things get a little easier for you in time, as it probably will, and please know, you're not alone in your grief. There are lots of us out here who feel that same gnawing pain that seems to never go away. take care, hugs, Joanne
