I know what you're going through. I too lost my dog on 9/13/2012. He was my first dog. I was 44 when I brought him home at 3 months. Like your Sabrina, Snoopy had to teach me a lot about bringing up a puppy. I loved every minute of it.
I still cry every day. So I understand how you feel. We'll miss them forever. Please know that you are not alone. I pray that someday we'll both see our babies again.
God Bless You & Sabrina

I feel your pain. It has been six months now since we lost our wonderful dog Cody. I can honestly tell you to take your time . The grieving process is different for everyone. Still, after this much time I cry when I think of him. I'm finally coming to the acceptance stage and realizing our dog had a wonderful life. Believe me it has been hard. Try to think of the good times. I think it should help. Take care and know you are not alone.

Sharon, I am so sorry for your loss but I am so glad that you chose to bring a beloved dog into your life even later in life. They are marvellous loving creatures, aren't they? Losing a pet is one of the deepest grief one can experience. Take all the time you need to grieve. Talk to supportive people, join a support group. If you would like support from me... let me know. I am a volunteer with a pet loss support group. Take care,
