So much has happened since Katie left..... after Baron, Bella, Barney & Buford joined us.... Hershey came along in March 2012 and went from foster to #5..... On 5/1/13 we said goodbye to Baron our waggy boy.... then on 5/15/13 Buddy joined the crew.....Katie's legacy carries on......♥
Filling Katie's Paws

When we lost Katie, my heart was broken. My husband Earl told me to get more.....they would help me heal......so three days later I got Baron & Bella.... Baron was a research beagle and is just such a happy boy....Bella was abused and had run away and she had been picked up as a stray.....I found her literally at the 11th hour.....when I got her she was underweight 17lbs and scared of everything....she is now 21lbs and *Little Miss Attitude*......the two of them so helped heal my heart that I got involved in helping network dogs in need.....and on Oct 2nd I got beagle #3....Barney....he's my Mr GQ Boy!!!! Then on the way home from Charlotte where I met Barney on his journey down from New Jersey, we picked up Buford.....rounding my brood up to four..... every morning beagles now!!!! I still miss Katie and Jammer, but Baron, Bella, Barney & Buford have so filled my heart with happiness again.....I know we will all meet again someday at the Rainbow Bridge......

This dog was truly a beagle .. but she also taught me how much my friendship to Linda is strong..MAJOR BEGGER AND WHINER..when Katie would visit Harlen, Annie, Sasha.. my kids.. they all got into trouble together.. I would love it when she would sit up pretty for treats and lay head down for treats.. I really will miss her.. she loved to travel and smell and taste the world... lol love you girl see ya in heaven when I get there..

Sweetpea . . . I *feel* your pain & share your enormous loss..for BOTH Jams & Katie!! I was never blessed enough to have touched either one BUT I have touched you! I know your heart & the emptiness of the air around you right now.

How wonderful that Huggy Bear was there for Jammer & then BOTH were there guiding Katie over the Rainbow Bridge. I hope I have *Angel Guides* (with their pure love of heart & spirit) when I *walk MY walk*. It helps that Miss Katie Beagle was a quirky, trouble maker! I won't be bored!
