What a gift she gave you. Slipping away in her favorite spot. She is a beautiful girl. I am so sorry for your loss. She will always be in your heart and you will eventually come to terms with her leaving you and you will only think of the most wonderful times you had with her. She was very lucky to have you in her life.

If your Tara ever had a twin it would be my Santana, looking at the way your Tara looks she looks identical to Santan. Santana is a wolf, husky, rotweiler mix. She is from a litter of 10 I believe, one of her brothers looked just like a pure bred rotti. Santana is blonde, long and lanky, with amber colored eyes. So like your Tara she is a special baby to me. She was the odd colored one in the bunch. I feel your sorrow, I had to put down my 20 year old husky mix buddy just a little over 2 years ago, I still have his mate Klondyke and she is 18 and has outlived the husky breed by more than twice their age limit.
May you carry many wonderful memories as your beaurtiful Tara was able to go to sleep at home, that was the one wish I thought I would always keep when Buddy passed.
