We just had to put our Bailey down this morning. He was a cocker spaniel as well (looks to me like your Bailey was one). Seeing that picture just made me cry a little harder, but at least our Bailey-twins are playing in heaven together now...
On the wings of Angels by: Ed
I've been following your posts about Bailey and I'm so very sorry for your loss ...
Clearly you loved Bailey beyond measure and miss her terribly.
Like my beloved Co Co, Bailey is now in God's keeping, and playing carefree in the fields of Heaven.
Take comfort in know that our dear companions are always with, and watching over us and that when the day we are called home comes, we will all be reunited for eternity ..
Until that day comes though, you may want to consider adopting another lost, unwanted, unloved dog as it's very apparent that you have so much to give and they have so much they want to offer
In time your pain will pass and be replaced by happy, fond memories of Bailey's time with you. I know because not long ago, I was where you are.
Stay strong Ed in Colorado
So sorry about Bailey by: Audrey
I'm so sorry for your loss of Bailey, I know it hurts and what a beautiful boy! Easter Sunday was 5 months since I lost my cat, Wolfgang, and I still miss him every day. God bless.
