I saw you stumbling more and more and knew your time on this earth was ending little black velvet mouse. You and your little brother lived with me for a long time, your little brother is on his own and I hope he doesn't fret for you.
I knew tonight when only he came out for supper that you had gone, I noticed the little house doorway had been filled up with bedding and as I lifted it up there you were at peace I hope.
Poor Rolo is being kept so busy with all these angel babies arriving at the bridge, so run free my darling little one till we meet again,
