Hi Diana,

Thank you so much for reading about my dear doggies, Shim and Zeusy.

I truly feel your pain and understand the emptiness of losing such a special child although I am blessed to still have my Lola and Wolfie(2 beautiful G.S.D's) whom I love with all my heart and soul.

Your tribute to your beautiful girl was so touching, the birthday's, the christmas's, the everything of every waking moment for you and she was yours well and truly and unconditionally, and she knew it.

I am so sorry for your loss but I do know such a wonderful girl would want you to be happy again, not a replacement but an extension of your unique love you had for your lovely Leya (and she was one lovely unique girl!!!)

Please keep in touch...

Thinking of you at this terrible time, but loving again does ease the pain a little, trust me I know,

Thank you for taking the time to read about Leya (for saying she was a gorgeous girl ) and to send such comforting words to me. It really does help to know others are with us in our grief and understand what we are going through. I know since you are on this site that you too have suffered a devastating loss. You didn't mention it in your post. Are you Zeus and Shimma's Mom?
