My Dear Connie,

There are no words of consolation, trust me I know, but one thing I will tell you is that another love will get you through your pain and your loss of 'Old Man Jack' please trust me.

If it wasn't for my Lola and Wolfie I could never had got over the loss of my Shimma and Zeus whom I lost within 4 months of each other, they did and still do keep me going and alive, because the same as you, I emotionally and mentally died the day they both passed but physically I had to be here for Lola and Wolf.

You will never 'Love' your new found companion the way you did 'Jack' but you will love him/her regardless in a different way and as unconditionally as you and 'Jack' loved each other.

Your entries and your evident pain and pleading for someone to understand what you are going through, cut me to the core as I am sure it did many others, but Connie, all I can say is.... LOVE AGAIN and that will save your Life and your Sanity...
